Acceptance of Terms
In short: using Foundrs Only means you accept these rules.
By accessing or using Foundrs Only (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Foundrs Only.
Section 02
Eligibility and Verification
In short: you apply, you get verified, then you get in.
Membership is exclusive. To join, you must apply and be verified. Foundrs Only may deny access, or revoke membership, at any time and without notice.
Section 03
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
In short: paid plans renew until you cancel in your app store.
Premium features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel your subscription from your app store account settings.
- Prices may change. We will give advance notice before a change takes effect.
Section 04
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
In short: be decent, or be removed.
The following is not allowed anywhere on the Service:
- Hate speech
- Harassment
- Explicit content
- Spam or fraud
You can flag any violation inside the app. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. Violators face content removal and an immediate, permanent ban, without warning and without refund.
Section 05
Intellectual Property
In short: we own the product. You own what you post.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality belong to Foundrs Only and its licensors. This does not include content that users post.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
In short: we are not liable for indirect losses.
Foundrs Only is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
