Refund Policy.

Section 01

Founding Partners (First 99 Members)

Members who are accepted into the first 99 spots are registered as Founding Partners. Founding Partners receive lifetime free access to the FoundrsOnly Pro network. No charges are applied to these accounts, and thus no refunds are applicable.

Section 02

Standard Subscriptions

For members accepted after the first 99 spots, access is charged via Pro auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. Our refund terms are structured based on the billing platform used:

• App Store & Google Play Store Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased within the iOS or Android mobile application are processed and managed securely by Apple or Google. We do not have direct access to your credit card data or payment systems. To request a refund, you must contact the respective store support directly and follow their refund processes.
• Web Subscriptions (Razorpay/Stripe): If you subscribed directly on our web platform, you may request a refund by emailing support@foundrsonly.in within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal transaction. Refund requests received after 7 days are generally not eligible for a refund.

Section 03

Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain the high quality of our network, we enforce strict guidelines. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violations: If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Zero-Tolerance Policy (e.g., posting objectionable content, recruiter spam, sales pitches, or harassment), you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining subscription period.
• Usage Audits: Lack of active platform usage does not constitute grounds for a retroactive refund.
