At FoundrsOnly, we believe you should have complete control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and permanently wipe all associated data from our servers, you can do so easily using either of the methods below.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly initiate the deletion of your account directly from within the FoundrsOnly mobile app. This is the fastest and most secure method.
- Open the FoundrsOnly app on your device.
- Navigate to your Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision. Your account and data will be permanently wiped immediately.

Method 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion via email. For security purposes, this request must come from the email address associated with your FoundrsOnly account.

- Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
Please include your full name and startup name in the body of the email. Upon receiving your verified request, our team will process the deletion and your data will be securely wiped within 14 days of the request.

What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased from our active databases:
- Your profile information (name, email, startup name, bio, photos).
- All User-Generated Content (your posts, comments, and text signals).
- Your direct messages.
Note: If you have an active premium subscription, you must separately cancel the auto-renewal through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to prevent future charges. Deleting your FoundrsOnly account does not automatically cancel third-party app store subscriptions.
